10 Questions with Robert Sabbadin from Sabbadin Automotive about his experience being a Wolf Dealer
Robert Sabbadin is a
very busy man. We asked him if it was OK to ask him 10 quick-fire
questions about being a Wolf Dealer, and were very happy that he agreed
to take the time out of his busy schedule.
1. How did you choose to become a “Wolf” Dealer?
Peter from Rank Rotary at the time asked if I was interested in becoming a dealer, if so he would have a chat to Steve. That’s where it all began.
2. What was your experience with EFI?
I had previously wired up and played with 3 wolf ecu’s and worked in the automotive industry with efi cars.
3. Tell me about your workshop what is your vision and focus?
Focus is to fulfil customers needs and exceed their expectations. Offering a service they confidently remember, would happily recommend and use again.
4. How many cars on average are getting Fuel Injected at your workshop per week?
Every day involves working on fuel injected cars. I would say on average we fit 2 to 3 wolfs a month.
5. What are the advantages of becoming a “Wolf” Dealer?
You are selling a product of confidence. Tech support that is willing to help and further your ability. Dealer networking which introduces you to likeminded people who are always willing to help each other.
6. What are the main benefits to your business in being involved with “Wolf”?
Allows us to be part of a bigger team all trying to kick goals in the same direction why’ll having support and loyalty.
7. Can you tell me how you take advantage of the Tech Support Service?
Tech support allows me to buy products with confidence, knowing any arising problems will be sorted and not left on my back. The service has allowed the quality of installations in my business to grow stronger. Problems are not left, they are rectified.
8. How would you describe the service and advice you have received from Robbie so far?
The service is 10 out of 10, the sort of worker every business wants, 110% commitment. Knowledge, experience and communication is excellent.
9. What are some of the comments you are getting from your customers saying after installing a "Wolf"?
Comments such as my car has never driven so smooth, power delivery is so nice, the extra power and torque is so noticeable, fuel economy is awesome, car drives better than it did standard. Then you get dyno queen people who compare everyone’s graph to their own who will be over the moon or question why why why.
10. What would be your advice to people thinking of installing a “Wolf” on their car?
As nike says, Just do it! you’ll never look back.
