The Wolf V4X is an extremely compact and light-weight engine management system, suited to many applications.

This unit has many of the features of the Wolf V500, but with a much smaller footprint and price to match.

The V4X also comes in a range of plugin ECU's so there is little or no wiring or other modifications required for your installation.

We use and recommend the Knock Box to sense the onset of engine knock caused by too much ignition timing when tuning an engine.  The correct ignition timing also leads to reduced fuel consumption and smoother running.

"As far as the Knock Box goes, from a tuners point of view it's the ultimate way to find the perfect tune."
Peter Roma - RPM Perfomance

Don't guess what ignition timing is the best, use the right tool to listen to knock as it starts to come on, and before it becomes heavy knock.

Micheal "Sticks" Kalaitzakis has recently made some big changes that he hopes will dramatically reduce his 1/4 mile ET's.   The car is already in the 9's and with the changes he is making, he is looking the 8's right between the eyes.  More....

Injector Sizing - One of the most common question that comes up when people start modifying their fuel injected engine, is "what size injectors do I need"?

Too Small, and you won't be able to supply enough fuel to your engine under maximun power.

Too Large, and it becomes more difficult to get the best fuel economy possible from your engine.

If you are not sure what size injectors you need for your project, let us know at enquiries@wolfems.com.au.

If you are looking for the flow rate of the injectors that are currently in your engine, our Injector Flow Rate Table may help you determine what the current flow rate of your injectors is.  With that information you can work out what flow rate you may need to supply the amount of engine power you are looking to get from your engine once it is modified.

When tuning an EFI Electronic Fuel Injection System, it is vital to know the Air Fuel Ratio.  Not only is it this important for maximum power, but also to ensure the lowest possible fuel consumption.
