The Knock Box could be the answer you have been looking for. The Knock Box was developed during the racing development program for the Nissan R32 GTR with extensive testing in Australia and Internationally.

The Single Channel Knock Box allows you to hear the single knock sensor through both ears simultaneously.
With the Dual Channel Knock Box, you can either listen to two knock sensors in stereo (one through each ear), or a single knock sensor in mono through both ears at the same time.
