Terms + Conditions
Limited Warranty:
All new products manufactured by Advanced Engine Management carry a 1 year limited warranty unless otherwise stated.
Voiding Warranty:
The warranty will become void if:
a) The Advanced Engine Management product has been modified by any person outside of Advanced Engine Management without the express authorization by Advanced Engine Management, or if the product has been subject to damage by impact, vibration, fluid or other material.
b) The product was installed or used in configuration or conditions beyond the standard instructions in the product manual.
Repairs:
The warranty for products manufactured by Advanced Engine Management will continue for the same number of days as the original warranty; as of the purchase date.

ADVANCED ENGINE MANAGEMENT MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO YOUR ADVANCED ENGINE MANAGEMENT PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. No Advanced Engine Management dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty, unless enforceable or unlawful under applicable law, ADVANCED ENGINE MANAGEMENT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND THE LIABILITY OF ADVANCED ENGINE MANAGEMENT, IF ANY, FOR DAMAGES RELATING TO ANY ALLEGEDLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL UNDER ANY TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL PRICE PAID FOR SUCH PRODUCT AND SHALL IN NO EVENT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND EVEN IF ADVANCED ENGINE MANAGEMENTIS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
